Sportcom

Sportcom was founded on October 23, 2001, by four Québec sports bodies, with the support of the Ministère, as a promotional tool for amateur sports.

Sportcom's main objective is to increase the visibility of Olympic and Paralympic sports by providing information about high-level athletes. A nonprofit organization, Sportcom coordinates, develops and funds initiatives to provide the Québec media with information about athletes and their standings.

The founding members of Sportcom are:

• Conseil du sport de haut niveau de Québec
