The Ministère provides financial assistance for the Culture in the Schools program and field trips to cultural venues in order to allow students to experience various cultural experiences at multiple points during their schooling. The Ministère is also responsible for granting the Essor Recognition Awards 
and their associated bursaries in order to highlight the passionate work of teachers and other people in the education system who carry out innovative art projects based on the idea of culture.
