The text that follows is a summary of the report of the survey published by the Groupe d'analyse politique de l'éducation (GAPE), which is affiliated with the Centre de recherche et d'intervention sur la réussite scolaire (CRIRES). It presents the main results of the survey. It is intended for a diverse audience that is interested in the way the governing boards operate. A number of statistical tables are presented in the appendix to this report, for readers who want more information concerning the results.
