Overtraining - Keep it safe!

In order to optimize their performance, athletes must train in a way that allows them to improve, or at least maintain, the adaptations acquired in previous training sessions. If a training load is too light or, conversely, if it is too frequent or heavy, it can lead to harmful adaptations and a decline in performance.
