Are you a member of an Aboriginal community or a cultural community? Tell us your story.
The Confédération des syndicats nationaux (CSN), together with the Fédération national des enseignantes et des enseignants du Québec (FNEEQ), Fédération des professionnelles (FP) and the Fédération des employées et employés de services publics (FEESP), awards a prize worth $2000 to a woman who has chosen a traditionally male-dominated occupation and who is either Aboriginal or a member of a cultural community.
In addition to the answers to the mandatory questions, the candidate's portfolio must include the answers to the following questions (a maximum of one page):
- As a member of a cultural or Aboriginal community, what obstacles did you face at school or regarding your career choice?
- What motivated you to choose a traditionally male-dominated occupation?
