Confirmation of a college diploma
This service enables an employer, an investigations firm or any other third party to obtain confirmation that a Diploma of College Studies (DCS) was awarded to an individual.
The request for confirmation must be accompanied by the written consent of the holder of the DCS.
To obtain confirmation of an Attestation of College Studies (ACS), contact the college that issued it. However, if the ACS was issued prior to 1984, the request must be addressed to the Ministère in accordance with the procedure set forth below.
This service is free. Requests made by telephone or e-mail cannot be processed.
Requests are processed within five working days .
- Obtain the signed written consent to release personal information from each individual concerned.
- Complete the Request for confirmation of college diploma form and print it out.
- Fax the form and the written consent, along with your contact information on a separate page, to 418-643-0751 or mail them to the following address:
